We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the assembly and production of electrical control panels for crushing, screening, and conveying equipment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industrial electrical experience, particularly with 480V systems, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversight of planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical control panel assembly projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures to ensure all products meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for complex electrical systems, focusing on 480V components.
- Ensure all shop activities comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies, promoting a culture of safety among staff.
- Manage inventory levels of electrical components and tools, coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
