Summary/Objective
This individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. They will oversee system functionality, facilitate business process improvements, and provide support and
training to users.
Essential Functions
- Act as the primary NetSuite support and subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with all departments to support and maintain the NetSuite ERP system.
- Test updates and upgrades before they are implemented to ensure no down time.
- Work with Project Manager to facilitate business process discussions, document key decisions, and implement ERP configurations and workflows.
- Serve as the change agent for NetSuite working with NetSuite consultants and third-party IT contractors.
- Oversee user training, help update SOPs, conduct webinars, and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with all new developments, including customized upgrades and third-party applications (e.g., RF-Smart & Field Service).
- Act as the primary support contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and issues.
- Create and maintain reports, Saved Searches, and workflows in NetSuite.
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams, third-party developers, and NetSuite consultants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment with standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, and printers.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally required to lift or move objects up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
- Occasional travel may be required for training, conferences, or company meetings.
Required Education and Experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite process flows and daily procedures.
- Expertise in NetSuite report creation, Saved Searches, and workflow configuration.
- Familiarity with NetSuite supply chain and manufacturing modules.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience with NetSuite scripting and customization.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management and Sales Order Processing.
- Prior experience managing third-party NetSuite integrations.
- Strong IT and accounting knowledge with practical application in ERP systems.
