About the Role : We're looking for a talented engineer to help build our cutting-edge AI wealth technology platform. An ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern AI technologies, including multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI agents.
Responsibilities :
- AI Roadmap Development : Develop and execute an AI roadmap that leverages the latest advancements in multi-modal and finance specific models.
- End-to-End Feature Delivery : Implement end-to-end AI feature delivery—from technical design and development to testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
- RAG Pipeline Optimization : Optimize our RAG pipeline and hybrid search systems for financial knowledge retrieval.
- AI Agent Development : Build and manage autonomous AI agents for financial analysis and portfolio management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with our cross-functional team, including design, product, and business units.
- Stay Current with AI Trends : Stay current with emerging AI trends, including advanced prompting techniques and multi-agent architectures.
- Innovative Contribution : Contribute innovative ideas for future development.
- Team Growth : Help to grow our AI / ML team as we scale.
