What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist position at GoodFood?
About Us
We’re GoodFood Branding Marketing—your favorite restaurant’s secret weapon. We don’t just throw up random posts and hope for the best. We craft digital strategies that turn brands into cult favorites. From drool-worthy content to social media that actually sells, we make sure our clients (the best restaurants, bars, and breweries) stay booked and busy.
If you’re a creative, strategic thinker who loves food, marketing, and making things happen, let’s talk.
The Role
You know how to make people stop scrolling. You can take a dish, a cocktail, or a packed-out restaurant and turn it into content that gets clicks, comments, and customers through the door. As our Content Creator, you’ll work side by side with our Head Content Director to create photo and video content that doesn’t just look good—it sells.
But this isn’t just about showing up and shooting. You’ll also manage client accounts, build relationships, and make sure their content is hitting the mark. We’re looking for someone who understands that marketing is a people business—you’ve got to care about the brands we work with and make them feel like they’re the only client in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Capturing and editing 🔥 photos and videos for social media, websites, and ads
- Writing engaging, brand-aligned captions that get people talking (and booking)
- Planning, prepping, and executing on-site content shoots for top restaurants, bars, and breweries
- Managing client relationships—making sure they feel heard, supported, and excited about their content
- Keeping projects moving, from concept to execution to delivery—on time, every time
- Collaborating with our Head Content Director to create strategies that actually drive results
- Staying ahead of trends, viral formats, and algorithm updates—so our clients are always ahead of the game
