As a summer intern, you will assist the technology team in any way that facilitates the development of G-W digital products. This is a 12-week internship and will follow a hybrid schedule that will require a minimum of one day in the Tinley Park office per week.
Our compensation is market-based and takes into account a variety of factors including the candidate’s skill set, experience level, internal equity, and location. For this position, we anticipate the starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

What you’ll do:
- Support the creation of proof of concepts to help determine product viability and functionality.
- Assist with quality control testing of digital products across various operating systems and browsers.
- Document and review user manuals for different stakeholders tailored to distinct user needs.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to guide informed decisions in product development.
- Learn and utilize product management tools and software to assist in project documentation, communication, and reporting.
- Conduct research, analysis, and comparison of competitors’ digital products.
- Minimum 3.0 Major GPA.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Enthusiasm and hardworking attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Some related experience or general office experience are a plus.
- Digital media and publishing programs are a plus.
