Summary:
The Client Support Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all construction projects are fully complete. In the event an installer goes out of business, the Client Support Project Manager will engage with contractors, customers, local municipalities, and other entities to complete the construction project. For solar and battery systems, the goal is to receive permission to operate via the utility company and to activate the system. For home improvement projects, we want to make certain that all products are installed and functioning as intended.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Work with contractors to push projects through the pipeline to completion, including meetings, pipeline deep dives, identifying problems, and prioritizing jobs.
- Pipeline Tracking: Capture live job updates to create accurate reporting on the pipeline.
- Accounting: Keep track of quotes and monthly invoices paid.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers and handle concerns.
- Contractor Vetting: Source new contractors that can assist getting abandoned projects completed.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in solar, mortgage, and finance
- Ability to manage projects from start-to-finish
- Diligent record keeping
- Superior customer service skills
- Proficient with Excel and analyzing data
Compensation: $24.04 per hour
