We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for cold-calling US-based physicians and healthcare professionals to generate interest in our services and schedule demos. You’ll work closely with our CEO, who will handle the demo presentations. This is a commission-only position, offering generous rewards based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold-call healthcare providers and decision-makers to introduce GWS services.
- Schedule demos with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the CEO to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to demos.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-up activities.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, with a tiered structure to reward high performance:
- 1-5 sales: $200 per sale
- 6-10 sales: $250 per sale
- 11 sales: $300 per sale
- Bonus: $200 for every 10 sales completed
Example Earnings:
To illustrate the earning potential, a Medical Sales Representative who achieves 20 sales in a month would earn approximately:
- Sales Earnings: $5,250
- Bonuses: $400 (for reaching 10 sales twice)
- Total Earnings: $5,650
Note: This position is best suited for highly self-motivated sales professionals with the ability to generate their own leads and leverage their networks. We do not provide lead lists or other sales resources; however, we offer a generous commission structure for successful sales.
