Salary : $52,000-$60,000 / annually

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us. We want to meet you if you are a tech-savvy professional with excellent customer service experience. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a people person who can provide excellent service via phone, email, or face-to-face with community owners.
PRIMARY DUTIES :
- Perform general office duties including but not limited to typing, file management, photocopying, mailing, faxing, answering telephones, etc.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence effectively. Expectation to respond to emails and phone calls by end of day when possible and always within 24 hours.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Interact with residents, contractors, etc., via phone, email, and in person, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Both phone calls and emails should be monitored regularly.
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Organize and keep up with office supply inventory.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Manage the processing of completed administrative forms.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Both phone calls and emails should be monitored regularly.
- Assist owners and clients with general questions and concerns, review accounts, chart and code expenses, and assist with banking deposits.
- Assist with manager assigned tasks and projects.
- Assist with broadcast emails, community notifications, and updating the community calendar.
- Maintain a basic understanding and knowledge of the Associations governing documents (Declaration, Article of Incorporation and Bylaws), Rules and Regulations, and Architectural Standards.
- Maintain desk and office space neatly and professionally.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education : H.S. Diploma / Equivalent
Minimum Experience : 2-3 years
