The Opportunity*

Goodman Distribution Inc, a member of the Daikin group is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Warehouse Associate position for our Branch Operations. This position, under general supervision, performs a variety of warehouse duties that may include packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping and material handling. May use automated warehouse management system. May operate hand and power equipment for material handling to accommodate storage of products throughout warehouse. • Responsibilities:

May include, in addition to;

Safely and efficiently operate forklift and additional warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and product without causing damage within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks.

• Ensure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations
• Complete Will Calls
• Proper PPE and uniform must be worn at all times during each shift
• Maintain warehouse and forklift by following good housekeeping and safety procedures including pre and post shift forklift inspections. Alert manager of any concerns immediately.
• Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and Company policies
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications: Effective verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and surroundings

• Ability to successfully process (ex. Loading and Unloading) products
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse
• High level of attention to detail and surroundings
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions, policies and procedures
• Be dependable, work well in a team environment, and establish positive working relationships with employees and customers
• Ability to work in a warehouse that is not climate controlled

Experience: 1 plus years of warehouse experience 1 plus years industrial forklift experience strongly preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Must have a valid driver's license Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
