Responsibilities
May include; Extract and analyze data and generate reports that assist in performance tracking and decision-making. Analyze logistics operations and build decision support systems. Conduct research as needed to respond to customer requests. Provide suggestions and implement plans to improve business processes. Identify value-creation opportunities for the company. Develop and implement solutions (both simple solutions using existing technology and infrastructure as well as complex solutions using the latest technologies such as RFID, self-configuring wireless meshes, sophisticated optimization algorithms, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various work related projects and activities. Follow established processes, procedures and Company policies. Perform additional duties / projects as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:
* Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects, with various teams including engineers and supply chain personnel. Good judgment & decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and creative problem-solving skills. Self-directed. Solid collaboration abilities; professional and diplomatic team builder. Strong problem-solving skills.
