About the Role:
An established, rapidly growing multi-strat hedge fund(5 bil aum) is seeking an Operations Associate to join its New York office. The investment operations team runs extremely lean and the individual in this seat will assist the global operations team across the trade lifecycle and interact closely with the trading desk.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Help with trade affirmation and confirmation reviews across different asset classes and platforms.
- Review trade bookings throughout the day and liaise with trading desks as needed.
- Actively participate in process improvement efforts and enhancing controls.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience working within ops/middle office an investment bank or hedge fund
- Knowledge of fixed income products
- Ability to automate/enhance processes is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
