Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier and Errand Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of bank deposits, packages and documents to various locations and pick up lunch. This role requires punctuality, trustworthiness and the ability to following instructions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deposit company funds at designated banks.
- Pick up and deliver lunch orders from local restaurants.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and deliveries.
- Ensure timely and processional service.
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding orders and deposits.
- Assist with Filing and scanning of invoices & deposit receipts, mailing of documents and other related projects.
Qualifications
- Automobile required (mileage is reimbursed)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent route driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
