Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience preferred
