SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This essential roll supports sales and corporate branding through collaboration with cross-functional leaders and employees company-wide. The aim is to evaluate needs, guide marketing decision making and improve sales, brand awareness and equity and employee culture through expert level visual marketing design.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
PROBLEM SOLVING:

PERFORMANCE:
- Support Goodmans with all graphic design needs including large and small format printed materials, digital media, photography, video, animation, social media, business system and in-house print production
- Assist VP of Marketing in the maintenance of company website, www.goodmans.com
- Participate with marketing team to support monthly customer touches with graphic design
- Shoot, edit and maintain orderly library of employee headshots
- Provide project and customer appropriate graphic design solutions which help us win and retain customers
- Response times and quality of internal and external communications and deliverables must meet or exceed customer and company expectations
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Participate with marketing team to support showroom events with graphic design and occasional room set-up and catering
