MAJOR OBJECTIVES :
Major objectives of the Customer Service Sales Representative involve servicing existing customers. You will be responsible for ensuring customer service as well as developing new sales opportunities. The Customer Service Sales Representative will assist a Sales Representative in creating sales opportunities, monitoring accounts receivable, building relationships with past and current customers. Your goal is to understand the needs of our clients, offer tailored solutions, and ensure that orders are processed smoothly from inquiry to delivery.
