Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Inspection Specialist to join our team, serving the north half of the Seattle metro area—from Seattle and Bellevue up to Marysville. This role is designed for a sales professional who excels at identifying pest issues, recommending solutions, and converting new customers into long-term service relationships.
This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping homeowners achieve peace of mind through pest control solutions. While familiarity with exclusion issues and insulation is beneficial, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right skills and attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and exclusion issues.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommend tailored solutions to customers.
- Convert inspections into sales by presenting clear, persuasive proposals.
- Work closely with Sales Technicians to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service follow-through.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and recommendations.
- Build knowledge of industry trends, exclusion techniques, and insulation practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pest control, inspections, sales, or a related field (Preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of exclusion issues and insulation (Preferred but can be taught).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Licensing as required by state regulations (We will assist in obtaining if necessary).
