What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, preparing fresh, high-quality menu items and ensuring every guest leaves happy. Your role includes:
Guest Experience & Service
- Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations to guests.
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, salads, wraps, and toasts according to company recipes.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely service.
Food Prep & Store Operations
- Assist with daily prep, including cutting fruit, stocking ingredients, and maintaining freshness.
- Keep workstations and dining areas clean and organized.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Teamwork & Store Support
- Work alongside a supportive team to ensure smooth shifts.
- Restock inventory and communicate when supplies are low.
- Assist with third-party delivery orders, catering prep, and promotional events.
- Maintain positive energy and contribute to a fun, fast-paced work environment!

Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays as needed.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required – we provide full training!
