Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Francesville, IN. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective functionality across departments. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, coordinating logistics, maintaining quality control, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Operations Manager will also analyze operational data and work to continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination
- Skills in staff supervision, training, and team leadership
- Knowledge of quality control, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the food service or agricultural industry is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
