What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at GoodRock Realty?
The ideal candidate for the administrative assistant role will be a recent graduate with paralegal skills and bookkeeping experience. The right person will be organized, resourceful, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Essential functions include ability to work independently; perform administrative duties as well as some personal assistant responsibilities; create and maintain reports, charts, spreadsheets and documents; assist with financial documents including invoices; establish, maintain and update files and records. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to see tasks through to completion.

The ideal candidate is looking to acquire a position in an active learning environment that will utilize current skills while gaining hands on experience in the business field including problem solving, communication skills, and business intelligence necessary to contribute to the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Software Suite and Google products
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while producing high quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bookkeeping with ability to analyze financial and accounting matters
Part time position with fulltime potential for demonstrated qualified individual 2 to 3 days per week
Starting Compensation determined by skillset with step ups as value is added
