About the Role
The Director, Benefits is responsible for the strategic direction, design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage employees. This role ensures competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefit offerings while aligning with the organization's total rewards strategy. The Director will lead a Benefits Manager and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize employee benefits programs.

- Develop and execute a long-term benefits strategy that supports business goals and enhances employee well-being.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of health, welfare, retirement, leave, voluntary and wellness programs.
- Continuously assess market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive benefit offerings.
- Partner with leadership to drive benefits initiatives that support workforce engagement and productivity.

Human Resources assists in developing and enforcing workplace policies, including by partnering with the Compliance Team to train employees on policies and procedures important to ensuring workplace safety and security.

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
