You will work collaboratively with Sales Leadership to grow and manage the sales pipeline, conduct prospecting calls, schedule sales demos, and help grow existing accounts.

About The Role
Goodshuffle Pro is seeking a Business Development Representative to handle a wide range of responsibilities, with the primary focus of growing our bottom line. You will work collaboratively with Sales Leadership to grow and manage the sales pipeline, conduct prospecting calls, schedule sales demos, and help grow existing accounts.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Managing existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities through research and prospecting outreach
- Scheduling demos for Sales Executives through warm and cold calling and diligent follow up
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of accounts within CRM database, including pipeline reporting, new customer data, and existing client data to surface business opportunities
- Working closely with both Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for upselling existing clients
- Partnering with Marketing team to strategically create outreach plans to leads
- Acting as day-to-day support to the entire Sales team to reach both personal and team goals on both monthly and quarterly bases
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years SaaS sales experience
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and thoroughly
- Exceptional people skills (with a wide variety of personalities)
- Exception listening skills (with an understanding of consultative sales techniques)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (superior grammar and spelling
- required)
- A knack for persuasion and/or reframing situations with positivity
- Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined execution
- SaaS sales experience
- Events industry experience
- Or experience with any of the following tools: Hubspot, Intercom, JIRA, Excel, Google
- Sheets, Zoom
