We’re hiring a Remote Administrative Coordinator to be the backbone of our trucking operations. This isn’t just a desk job-it’s a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One moment, you’re managing emails and scheduling driver orientations, and the next, you’re on the road picking up truck plates or solving unexpected logistical challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Driver Recruitment & Onboarding - Help us bring top-tier drivers on board!
- Truck Onboarding & Compliance - Ensure every new truck is road-ready.
- Email & Document Management - Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Local Errands & Coordination - Some tasks require an in-person touch!
- Problem Solving - Because the trucking world doesn’t do "predictable."
- Owning Your Work - We don’t micromanage. We expect you to take an assignment and see it through, start to finish.
