As an Event Coordinator, you will be part of a creative and innovative team that is committed to inspiring and instilling a passion for excellence.
Responsibilities will include generating proposals and estimates, responding to client inquiries, collecting deposits, thoroughly knowing the property and package offerings, conducting market research, following event processes, and providing support day of events. You will also create Event Orders, assist with rental orders, coordinate with event hosts, oversee banquet function activities, and plan event courses.
A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience with hotel group/event management software, such as HubSpot, Maestro, and Triple Seat, is desirable. A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred, but not required.
