We are seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and launch a Channel Partnership Program from the ground up. This role will be responsible for designing the program structure, recruiting strategic partners (MSPs, VARs, distributors, and technology partners), and driving engagement to establish a scalable and revenue-generating partner ecosystem.



This is a high-impact, foundational role for someone with experience in B2B channel partnerships, partner enablement, and program development who is excited to create and grow a partner network.



Key Responsibilities



1. Build & Launch the Channel Partnership Program

  • Evaluate GoodSync’s current market positioning and value proposition and design the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) to define target partner types across MSPs, VARs, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Design and implement GoodSync’s Channel Partner Program, defining tiers, benefits, and requirements for MSPs, VARs, and resellers.
  • Develop partner incentives, deal registration processes, and enablement resources to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Establish go-to-market (GTM) strategies to help channel partners effectively drive adoption of GoodSync’s backup and synchronization solutions.



2. Partner Recruitment & Enablement

  • Identify and recruit high-potential channel partners (MSPs, VARs, distributors, cloud storage providers).
  • Create partner onboarding materials, including training guides, sales enablement kits, and marketing collateral.
  • Organize webinars, events, and workshops to educate partners on GoodSync solutions.



3. Partner Enablement & Co-Selling

  • Work closely with partners to ensure they are well-equipped to sell GoodSync, providing ongoing training and support.
  • Assist in deal strategy and co-selling efforts to drive revenue through the partner channel.
  • Develop co-branded sales and marketing materials (email campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, and social media assets) to support partner-led sales.



4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define KPIs to measure partner engagement, lead conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Utilize PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools and CRM platforms to track partner activity and effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine program offerings based on partner feedback and performance data.



Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years of experience in B2B channel development, in SaaS, preferably backup & storage, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, including MSP, VAR, and distributor partnerships.
  • Experience designing and launching partner programs with tiered benefits and incentives
  • Hands-on experience with partner recruitment, enablement, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and PRM tools to track performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive partner engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize program performance based on data.
