As a Hospital Operations Manager your primary role is partnering with the Medical Director (co-owner) to lead every aspect of the clinic day to day. Your role is to inspire and support your team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while looking for ways to improve on the clinic’s metrics. You will help the hospital and your team grow.

- Lead by example
- Mentor, educate, and motivate clinic team members to excel
- Balance the needs of the clinical team with the goals of the organization
- Understand and anticipate the needs of clients
- Lead weekly team meetings with the Medical Director
- Clearly communicate expectations and build a culture of feedback
- Interview and onboard new team members
- Promote community within the clinic team and within other HOM’s in the GoodVets community
