Hospital Operations Manager Role
The Hospital Operations Manager is responsible for owning key financial and performance metrics, while supporting gold standard medicine in partnership with a GoodVets Partner Veterinarian.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day operations and profitability growth of the hospital
- Inspire and support your hospital team to excel in their roles
What You'll Need
- Hands-on experience driving on-site profitability
- Operational excellence skills, including managing inventory and understanding key performance indicators and P&Ls
- A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience building and developing teams to achieve service, operational, and financial excellence
- Experience owning key performance indicators as well as profit and loss statements for your location
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Practice Management Systems
