What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member Ebensburg Store position at Goodwill Brand?
Team Member main responsibilities include:
- Acknowledging, greeting, and helping customers in any area of the store
- Assisting customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor
- Using a cash register to total sales, accept payments for merchandise, and give correct change
- Accepting and preparing donations for the sales floor, which includes tagging items. stocking store shelves, and hanging clothes
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and customer- friendly environment in the store, which includes general housekeeping duties and straightening merchandise
Qualifications
- One year of Retail experience is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment
- Prolonged standing and walking with frequent bending, stooping and stretching
- Frequent lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds is required
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
Additional Information
- Part -time position up to 28 hors per week
- The successful candidate must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History, Pennsylvania Criminal History and Department of Human Services- FBI.EOE
