Summary/Objective
The Lead Retail Associate is expected to set the standard for all other Retail Associates to follow. The Lead Retail Associate is responsible for being a leader over the sales department, and will help provide training to other Retail Associates to ensure consistency in the department. The Lead Retail Associate will work directly with the Store Manager to meet sales goals and complete major store projects. The Lead Retail Associate must possess the maturity to guide and motivate the sales floor team to reach set goals, as well as the ability to coach and train as required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel
This is a full-time position working a retail schedule and frequent weekend work is required.
