Summary/Objective
Responsible for ensuring product and equipment is transported to the Donated Goods Retail (DGR) program departments as needed. Assist the Lead Logistics Associate with ensuring the after-market product is sorted, processed, and prepared for transport. Operates effectively across functional boundaries, building and sustaining external and internal relationships.

· Follow all Goodwill policies and procedures.
· Follow safety rules and regulations, act safely at all times.
· Load and dispose of trash.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, warehouse, dock, and lot area.
· Transport boxes, bins, and crates to work area and distribute items and salvage to appropriate areas.
· Load and unload delivery truck using Material Handler equipment (Baler, Forklift, Pallet Jack, Etc.).
· Break down and dispose properly of recyclable items.
· Sort donations by category and distribute to appropriate department as needed.
· Assist in moving store fixtures and merchandise as needed.
· Ability to read and understand operating and safety instructions.
· Have the ability to stand, bend, and stretch for a full work shift.
· Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
The role routinely uses heavy machinery, and operates a fork-lift. The position works outside in the elements, as well as in an operating warehouse.
Physical Demand
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is an active and physical demanding role; requiring frequent moving of product, standing for long periods, and bending. The employee must have the ability to work consistently and constantly for duration of shift with limited supervision. The employee must have the ability to communicate verbally and apply active listening skills, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend and stand as necessary.
Education and Experience
· Minimum high school diploma or GED
