Summary/Objective
Responsible for producing financial information and reports pertaining to the payment of child care providers for the care of CCS eligible children. Process financial reports and billing documents for the proper accounting of CCS child care expenses. Produce financial reports and other documents necessary for activities related to recoupment and fraud involving CCS child care funds. Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
Essential Functions

· Process regular payments to CCS child care providers for the care of eligible children.
· Input and retrieve data from the TWC TWIST system.
· Produce regular and special financial reports which document the expenditure of CCS child care payments.
· Provide data and supporting documents in cases involving recoupment, fraud, and other billing/payment adjustments.
· Provide regular and special financial reports/information to the Workforce Board staff upon request.
· Verify accuracy of financial or transactional data.
· Work hand-in-hand with Provider Specialists to aide in providing exceptional, quality services to providers.
· Enters data into an approved software program.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager of Provider Services.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel
This is a full-time position and the employee is responsible for maintaining a forty-hour work week.
