Summary/Objective
A Retail Associate is to perform many duties around the store, though the primarily focus is on customer service. A Retail Associate greets customers, assist the customer in finding merchandise, and process final purchases. A Retail Associate often performs other duties throughout the store, such as stocking products, cleaning the store, and sorting through donated items. A Retail Associate must stay patient, courteous, and accommodating to customers, co-workers, and clients alike. The Retail Associate must possess the maturity and the ability to coach and train as required.
