Role and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to adult learners with varying skill levels.
- Teach basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading comprehension, writing, and foundational math.
- Assess students’ learning needs and progress through formal and informal evaluations.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence building.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievements.
