- Assessments and Access: Coordinate and serve as point of contact for digital literacy skills and/or technology access for participants, including internet access, equipment, or other technology needs.
- Skill Building and Support: Provide skill building and support to participants around using technology, including security and safe navigation.
- Internal and External Partnerships: Build productive relationships with internal and external partners that promote effective digital skill acquisition
- Pay range: $25.24 - $37.04
- This is a scheduled-hybrid role whose essential functions require work to be conducted at a physical location, which may include a GESMN or partner facility, at least two (2) days per week. The remaining days can be worked from the employee’s home office or a designated community setting as directed by the manager.

- Proficient and confident technology skills, including the ability to navigate easily online and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel is required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in a customer service role, preferably related to community engagement and outreach
