About the Role:
As a Sales Producer at Goodwill Financial, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within our Property and Casualty insurance portfolio. This role will focus on helping individuals and families secure the right coverage to safeguard their futures. You’ll use our proven sales process to engage both new and existing prospects, providing personalized recommendations that align with our clients' needs. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the success and expansion of our business, making you a key player in our mission to offer service that goes above and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to clients to assess their insurance needs, offering personalized solutions that reflect our values of trust, care, and integrity.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and continuous support throughout their insurance journey.
- Stay current on the latest life insurance products and industry trends, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
- Collaborate with team members to meet collective sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Actively participate in our mission to make insurance more accessible and understandable for everyone we serve.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of successful lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with proficiency in using sales software (experience with Infusionsoft is a plus).
- Active P&C Producer License.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on life and P&C insurance.
- Multilingual skills (Russian, Lithuanian, Spanish) are a plus and will help us serve a diverse clientele.
- A strong commitment to organization, attention to detail, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
