Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Fort Meade. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and safety metrics.
• Develop and implement effective procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of five years of experience in facilities management.
• Demonstrated expertise in supervising and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
