DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

THE POSITION:
As the Desktop Support Technician, you will:
- Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes
- Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software, and network problems, questions or issues
- Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong proficiency in database network-related fundamentals.
- 2 years of experience in the IT field supporting 100 users.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required.
- CompTIA A and CompTIA N are preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on-call)

- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
