RETAIL STORE MANAGER- NORTH BARGAIN BARN

THE POSITION:

As a Store Manager, you will:
- Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
- Oversees the daily operations, co-ordinate schedules, and implement policies and procedures that maintain our culture
- Operates the GGC within budgeted expense to revenue ratios and donor value
- Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process
- Ensures the operation of the store by responding efficiently and accurately to customer service issues, cash handling, managing inventory, training new and current team members
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and moral
- Schedules/Maintains labor and payroll in accordance GIM policies and procedures
- Manage good stewardship of donations and oversee budgeted expenses to revenue ratios and donor value

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
- Basic computer skills

- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
