THE POSITION:

As an Retail Store Manager, you will:
- Provide world-class customer service to all internal and external customers
- Oversees the daily operations, coordinate schedules, and implement policies and procedures that maintain our culture
- Operates the GGC within budgeted expense-to-revenue ratios and donor value
- Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process
- Ensures the operation of the store by responding efficiently and accurately to customer service issues, cash handling, managing inventory, training new and current team members
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and morale
- Schedules/Maintains labor and payroll in accordance with GIM policies and procedures
- Manage good stewardship of donations and oversee budgeted expenses to revenue ratios and donor value

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s Degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service management or supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
