POSITION:
Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader Coach and ATL is responsible for customer service, cash register sales, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting customers, bagging/wrapping merchandise, displaying merchandise, cleaning the cash wrap area, counters, and front of store, hanging, stocking shelves and rotating merchandise.
As a Retail Cash Handling Team Member, you will:
- Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
- Operate the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise
- Welcome customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar to further support our missions
- Respond to phone calls while offering world-class customer service
- Assist in the training of new team members and cashiers
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe sales floor and return all unsold merchandise to the floor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Six months of cash handling experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
