POSITION SUMMARY
The Prosperity Platform Program Manager leads the Prosperity Platform team in delivering impactful, member-centered services that promote economic mobility and self-sufficiency. This leadership role serves as the bridge between Prosperity Planners and departmental leadership, ensuring effective communication, quality service delivery, strategic implementation, and operational excellence across the Prosperity Platform initiative. The Manager provides day-to-day supervision and guidance, drives programmatic improvements, and cultivates strong internal and external partnerships to expand the Platform’s reach and impact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Prosperity Planners, ensuring that each Prosperity Planner provides their members with service quality and fidelity to the Prosperity Platform model.
Serve as the primary liaison between Prosperity Platform staff and departmental leadership to communicate updates, resolve challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
Monitor the execution and quality of services delivered by Planners through shadowing member meetings, file reviews, and procedural adherence reviews.
Regularly manages the Prosperity Platform team and individual Prosperity Planners to ensure adherence to guidelines, protocols, and documentation requirements as well as achievement of quarterly Prosperity Platform membership objectives.
Maintain a limited member caseload to stay attuned to frontline service realities and demonstrate best practices.
Oversee and evaluate Active Referral Network (ARN) partnerships and ensure their proper utilization by Prosperity Planners.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and community partners to support a seamless, integrated Prosperity Planning experience.
Design, implement, and update procedures, tools and resources that strengthen planning services and enhance member outcomes.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify training needs and co-develop learning solutions that equip Prosperity Planners with relevant knowledge and skills.
In coordination with the VP of Mission Impact, track key metrics and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Draw on data insights to drive recommendations and decision-making and improve results.
Assist Prosperity Planners with career development planning, identifying opportunities for internal advancement and skill-building.
Represent the Prosperity Platform in meetings, presentations, and collaborative efforts across the organization and within the community.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
1. Maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with CARF requirements and standards.
2. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES
The list below is representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability utilized while performing this job.
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Public Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. At least 3-5 years in financial management or coaching, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and build effective partnerships.
4. Knowledge of economic mobility strategies, trauma-informed practices, and strengthsbased service delivery.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Commitment to the mission and values of Goodwill Industries of Central Florida.
Education and/or Experience:
Applicants should possess a BA/ BS - MA/ MS degree preferred - in social science, finance, or related disciplines. Applicants may substitute 2 years of work experience per year college degree (ex. Four years of related work experience is equivalent to an Associate’s degree).
Applicants with certifications in related fields of financial planning, career counseling, or educational counseling are strongly encouraged to apply.
Math Ability:
Level 3: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite including outlook, excel, and teams.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has supervisory responsibilities but no subordinate supervisors.

Certifications:
Preference is given to candidates who have certifications in one or more of the following fields:
- Certified Career Counselor
- Certified Credit Counselor
- Certified Financial
Planner Physical and Environmental Requirements:
1. Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
2. Vision abilities required by this job include: close, distance, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
3. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Language Ability:
Level 4: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.
Reasoning Ability:
Level 5: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
License: Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record and current private auto insurance policy.
