Job Summary:
This role involves accurately identifying the value of donations, sorting them efficiently, and maintaining high production standards for our retail store in Washington, IL. As a key team member, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our programs continue to serve those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately sorts and processes donations
- Identifies the value of donation
- Meets production goals as set for location
- Maintains production area in a clean, neat, and organized condition
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Demonstrates the ability to be at work and on time on scheduled workdays
- Requires ability to lift and move donations of textiles and wares
- Stands and works for long periods of time throughout the day, 4-8 hours
