Residential Supervisor ? Part-time, Weekends
Goodwill Industries of Central IL is recruiting for a Residential Supervisor. This is a part-time position based at Goodwill?s General Wayne A. Downing Home for Veterans. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the safety and well-being of the Home and its residents and assisting case management staff in helping residents achieve goals and objectives. This is a 2nd shift position the pays $16.50 an hour.
Summary of Job Duties:
- Monitor and report on abilities and difficulties of the residents to the Veterans? Housing Manager
- Provide training, assistance, and supervision for the residents in the accomplishment of the daily living tasks, routine household operations and improvement of independent living skills
- Ensure the safety of residents, staff members, and visitors by implementing all company policies and procedures
- Perform various behavior interventions as directed by the Veterans? Housing Manager
- All other duties as assigned
