The Manager of Program Services will lead a team of Supervisors, Program Administrators, and Team Leads within Workforce Advancement to ensure the success of programs for the community. The Manager of Program Services will work closely with the leaders of the Workforce Advancement Division in setting, tracking, and reporting on divisional and organizational metrics and finances. This position will support the Workforce Advancement team in their professional development, alignment with divisional and organizational goals, and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serves as a member of the Workforce Advancement leadership team and supports meeting / exceeding divisional metrics and organizational strategic goals.
- Hires, supervises, and guides all Program leadership and direct service team members.
- Maintains a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented relationship with all members of the Workforce Advancement Division.
- Foster a culture of trust, inclusivity, open communication, active listening, personal and team accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide professional development opportunities to drive individual growth with the goal of enhancing the Division and positive impact.
- Establish, collaborate, and maintain positive, professional working relationships with all levels of leadership within Business Development, Workforce Advancement, and Education Services to ensure high qualities of services are provided.
- Prepares, for approval by Senior Director of Workforce Advancement, annual budgets, funding proposals, service delivery strategy plans, and additional reports as required. Works within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and evaluate continuous improvement strategies and metrics. Respond and adjust accordingly in response to feedback from clients, staff, employers, and community partners.
- Ensure full compliance with all funding, accreditation, and contractual obligations as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibilities over the Workforce Advancement program staff including Program Leadership and direct service team members.
