The Programs and Student Services Coordinator is dedicated to operational excellence, responsible for supporting and enhancing programming and student services for the Goodwill Career & Technical Academy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Operations Support - Assist with the coordination and support of Academy programs. Help carry out operational plans, monitor business processes, and provide feedback on operational efficiency. Ensure that strategies and practices align with the Academy’s goals and priorities.
- Data Management - Collect, document, and maintain student data, including enrollments, completions, certifications, and employment outcomes. Ensure that data is accurately entered into Goodwill’s case management system. Help analyze and synthesize data into reports for stakeholders, and ensure records are properly stored and accessible for audits.
- Student Services - Collaborate with instructors, Case Managers, and GCTA staff to support students in successfully completing courses. Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic standing. Help promote targeted outcomes such as certifications and employment.
- Administrative Support - Provide essential support for daily office operations, including managing inventory, tracking deadlines, and assisting with the delivery of special projects. Help maintain data tracking and reporting systems. Assist with security and facilities management tasks as needed.
- Project Assistance and Process Improvement -Support project management efforts to optimize team efficiency. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help facilitate cross-team collaboration to meet the Academy’s strategic goals.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities over assigned GCTA team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or program management
- Proven track record in overseeing multiple programs
- Highly organized and process oriented; commitment to continuous improvement to make school programs and student services better.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to produce high quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all clients through ECM and other required client tracking databases. Strictly adhere to all data entry requirements set forth by Goodwill and other funding sources. Adhere to confidentiality protocols related to electronic and paper files and documents
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends is required
Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar to create and share data reports. Proficiency with modern software such as ERP systems and CRM tools.
