The Retail Store is responsible for generating the revenue necessary to support the organization's mission. The Retail Store Manager is part of a co-management & leadership team found throughout the organization's 42 facilities. Tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals, the position may supervise up to 12 staff members. Alignment with the organization's values and ethics, the ability to embrace a robust safety culture and desire to provide excellent service to donors ensures that management creates an environment conducive with success.
The Retail Store and Manager position is an exempt position, often requiring weekend work. Applicant must have a minimum of one year supervisory experience (experience in a retail and/or production environment a plus). A valid NCDL is required.
