We're hiring Donation Pricing Associates to process and price quality donations in our stockroom. We are looking for candidates who treat others respectfully and put people first - like we do!
In this role, you will process and price quality donations quickly, according to agency standards. You will provide excellent customer service and issue receipts according to agency policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Ensures 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
- Stays abreast of brand names, maker's marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
- Sorts hard lines into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories. Prices salable items accordingly and transports carts to sales floor for merchandising.
- Maintains accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
- Maintain a clean sorting and processing area.
- Assists with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and cleaning of sales floor as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
