Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time Custodian to join our team at our Corporate Campus in Canton, Ohio.

Essential Functions:
- Perform routine and special custodial duties under instructions and schedule provided.
- Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum a variety of floor surfaces.
- Operate and maintain various tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Clean restrooms, sinks, and water fountains. Refill soap and paper dispensers as needed.
- Empty and clean trash containers.
- Safely and correctly use/apply cleaning equipment and supplies. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, CARF standards, and safety/security regulations.
- Other duties assigned.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ ABILITIES:

Prior experience with floor maintenance machinery operation is preferred.
Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to constant reaching, handling/fingering; frequent standing, sitting, walking, balancing, stooping/bending, kneeling, crouching/squatting; occasional climbing including but not limited to ladders/scaffolding; constant near vision; frequently lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 lbs. - Indoor/outdoor work environment in all seasons.
- Must be able to maintain 100% productivity without direct supervision.
- High school diploma or GED
