We are conducting in-person interviews on Wednesday, March 19 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at our Mayfield Heights store - 6605 Mayfield Rd Mayfield Heights, OH 44124.
We are seeking motivated Retail Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of contributing to team success. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, meeting goals, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations. Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Sales & Goal Achievement: Contribute to achieving individual and team goals, Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and work collaboratively with the team to meet or exceed targets.
- Team Collaboration: Support teammates by sharing best practices and working together to resolve challenges. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory counts. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Problem Solving: Adapt to changing business needs and multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
