- Basic reading, writing and math skills.
2. Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external
customers.
3. Ability to follow multiple instructions both verbal and written.
4. Must be able to pass DOT physical exam and pre-employment
drug screening.
5. Must have a commercial Class B driver’s license and a good
driving record.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting, standing, walking, squatting, lifting, bending, twisting
upper body, climbing, kneeling, crawling, exposure to extreme heat,
cold, noise, mechanical hazards, fumes/odor hazards.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
MENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to deal with multiple assignments and work well
under pressure.
MACHINES/EQUIPMENT: Must be able to operate semi tractor-trailer and cube truck.
Industrial lift trucks, hand jacks and weigh scales, manual and
hydraulic machines, hand and power tools, and forklift.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Standard industrial environment. May have to work long and/or
irregular hours.
OTHER: Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license, must have and
maintain good driving record. Random alcohol and drug testing is
required. Required CDL Class B. Must be approved by
organization’s auto insurance.
Operate and maintains organization trucks for transporting material or equipment to and from assigned destinations, some loading and unloading as required.
