BASIC FUNCTION: To efficiently assess the value of items sent to Shopgoodwill from stores and expedite those items into carts for E-Commerce Technicians to post.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
The hourly rate is $14.00 with a $1.00/hour raise at 90 days.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Identify and expedite items provided from stores that need to be posted on ShopGoodwill.
- Provide a sufficient number of carts in rotation for E Commerce Technicians.
- Maintain an inventory of gaylords coming in from stores and sort in a first in, first out system.
- Meet assigned production goals following ShopGoodwill posting standards.
- Maintain designated ShopGoodwill storage area in a clean and organized manner.
- Effectively communicate issues and concerns to supervisor.
- Comply with Goodwill attendance and punctuality standards.
- Follow Goodwill safety practices.
- Effectively communicate the mission of Goodwill to customers and donors.
- Comply with Goodwill attendance and punctuality standards of behavior.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. Basic computer skills.
PHYSICAL/EMOTIONAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste or smell and operate computer.
